Jobs Description

F&B Outlets Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of Food Centre, Hotel Restaurant & Minimart for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan, manage staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Makes rounds of all food and beverage outlets to ensure member/guest needs are met • Makes rounds of all food and beverage outlets to ensure member/guest needs are met • Creates and updates SOPs for each outlet, training plans and implement all F&B procedures • Managing food court, hotel restaurant and minimart • Monthly annalist of departmental profit and lost • Evaluates and supervises performance and carries out disciplinary action as needed, in accordance with the company’s policies • Hires, manages and trains staff in all technical and non-technical aspects of their role including standards of quality and service • Completes and administers employee performance appraisals • Controls costs of all food and beverage outlets by assisting management, as requested, in purchasing, maintaining effective profit and loss controls and monitoring labor costs following demand patterns & budget • Maintains accurate daily and weekly punch details for service staff and processes daily sales reports and other reports as requested • Supervises monthly inventories • Maximizes food and beverage sales by identifying and targeting sales opportunities through marketing including promotions and special events and by training staff on “up-selling.” • Manage a secured cash management control and collection and deliver to accounting. • Maintains member and guest satisfaction by handing inquiries, concerns or comments and providing solutions; acquiring feedback from members/guests and co-workers to ensure satisfaction and/or implement service improvement ideas; developing new concepts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business • Ensures a pleasant meal experience in all outlets by collaborating with team in the creation of menus and menu pricing as requested • Organizes regular meeting with the team to get feedbacks, update, information and maintain a good relationship • Motivating the restaurant team through clear communication of KPI achievement, with individual and team recognition during monthly team meeting • Maintains hygiene, safety and healthy environment establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures • Performs other related duties as assigned

Jobs Requirement

• Good attitude and great personality • Dynamic, young and energetic with similar experience and able to structure outlets • Fluent in English • Experience in F&B department in Hotel Industry (in charge of different F&B outlets) • Strong technical knowledge • Analytic oriented / able to make report and analysis to improve on different levels • Professional appearance • Computer skills (excel, email, MICROS)
