Job Summary / Scope • Identifying the problem areas within the property and recommend improvement plans to maximize the efficiency of site management; • Update and provide reports accurately to Deputy Supervisor; • Ensures that all operating procedure for the property run efficiently, including security, fire safety, emergencies and evacuation procedures, plumbing work, access control, CCTV, parking system, security, cleaning and operated to the highest standards and comply with all statutory requirements. Detailed Job Description 1. Provide day-to-day technical support and ensure the property is highly maintained; 2. Identify the problem areas within the property and recommend improvement plans to maximize the efficiency of the property; 3. Maintain regular inspection and maintenance of building and air-conditioning, motors and fans and replace as needed; clean, grease and paint all equipment used in heating and ventilation and repair other equipment as needed; 4. Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company and government guidelines; 6. Find ways to reduce hotel operating costs and conserve energy; 7. Monitor and service the CCTV Cable system; 8. Be on call 24hrs in case of emergency Essential Requirements • Presentable • Excellent on troubleshooting • Excellent ability of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Min. Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in in engineering (Civil, Electrical and Mechanical) or related technical courses; • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction, electrical and mechanical • Good English communication skill (Written & Verbal); • Proficiency on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays subject to rota and a willingness to extend of change hours and days of work from time to time upon request and subject to operational requirements.
