Jobs Description

-To spot check all employees within the department, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the department's Job Description and Task Breakdown Manual. -Keeps control over rooms sold and decide closing dates. Controls and approves all room reservations and extensions during peak operation. -Contribute to monthly forecasting and rooms projection meetings with Sales and Marketing Department.. -Continually works with employees under his supervision in order to maintain the highest standard of guest service. -To liaise with the Executive Housekeeper in the scheduling of floor closure and rooms maintenance programmes. -To assist in handling all complaints or incidents/accidents occurred in the hotel on communicate all to management -To evaluate Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office staff by means of annuals Performance Appraisals. -To ensure that all employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
