Jobs Description

- Greeting arrival guests & departure guests - Understand and knows how to perform check-in and check-out procedures - Collect prepaid rental fee and deposit upon tenant arrival - Performing on refund deposit upon tenant departure - Handling on Front Desk System for check-in & check out - Posts room charges and taxes to guest accounts - Checks to see all charges are assigned to the appropriate room number - Check all transactions performed by day shift to ensure that all post transaction is correct, and supported by documentary as evidence and signatures as necessary - Perform night auditor job by doing run night audit report - Print Night audit report submitted to Managements - Prints up and files reservations for the next business day - Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities - Perform End of Day/Night Audit Checklist procedure - Ensure the accurate completion of the daily night audit report in a timely fashion - Check accommodations, making sure any special requests are carried out - Allocate rooms to expected arrivals & checking the guest’s preferences and special requests - Courteously and accurately answers Guest’s inquiries/request - Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest request - Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service - Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments especially housekeeping, maintenance, leasing, and accounting etc. - Operates the telephone equipment system, including, assisting incoming & outgoing calls, setting wake-up calls and transferring a call to guest and management office - Ensure Front office log book is always updated and actioned - Monitoring on CCTV Camera located at front desk counter - Record all incident and accident happened during night shift - Attend and manage on any emergencies, such as fire alarms, lift trap, flood, bomb threats, suspicious item etc. - Report any suspicious persons, activities and/or hazardous conditions to the Head of Concierge/ Operation Manager - Ensure that the front desk areas are kept clean and tidy up including Lobby areas

Jobs Requirement
