Jobs Description

Main Responsibilities: • Answer customer phone call and respond to customer’s email maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all time. • Greet customer warmly and ask certain problem or reason for. • Responding promptly to customer inquiries. • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with in the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. • Communicating with customer through various channel • Complete call log and reports • Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem • Knowing our product inside and out so that you can answer question • Processing orders, form, applications, and request • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives. • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. • Do daily and weekly report and send to Superior. • Other tasks assign by manager
