** Working Hour • Monday - Saturday, 6 Days per week. • Time: 8am-5pm/ 4pm-12am/ 12am-8am • Phnom Penh or Bavet , Cambodia ** SALARY • Salary Phnom Penh 200 - 400$ • Salary Bavet 750$ • Salary vary depend on experience and shift working ** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle incoming requests from customers to ensure that issues are resolved. • Respond quickly and promptly with good grammar, punctuation and attention to detail. • Perform other duties, as assigned on TO-DO-LIST directed by Direct Supervisor • Follow Assigned Work Schedule and always be punctual. • Attend weekly Mandatory meeting as required by Management. • This position is required to work on holidays and weekend, as per preset-schedule.
