• Collect monthly payments from customers. • Provide professional service to customers by phone and or face to face. • Make outbound calls promoting the service and product. • Prepare the monthly report and summit to manager. • Respond to customer inquiries & resolve complaints. • Other tasks that may assigned by the department manager.

• High School or Bachelor’s degree • Some experience in a related field is an advantage. • Able to work both independently and within a team. • Honest, highly responsible, self-motivated and reliable.
