Job Summary This position covers the following tasks: - Handle all licensing matters for Group companies - Handle QIP (Qualified Investment Project) matters - Initiate and maintain relationships with all relevant public authorities - Ensure smooth coordination with external firms and agencies Job Description Corporate licensing duties include, among other things, the following: - Handle all licensing matters for Group companies - Register new companies and related corporate matters - Handle QIP (Qualified Investment Project) applications - Initiate and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders - Ensure smooth coordination with both internal and external firms and agencies - Ensure proper documentation and prepare monthly reports - Represent the department in workshops, meetings, networking events. - Other duties as may become necessary Administrative and communication duties include, among other things, the following: - Prepare various requests pertaining to internal office operations - Initiate appropriate meetings and maintain contact with relevant officials and professionals - Produce various presentation materials for the team - Other duties as may become necessary

- Bachelor’s degree in any social science field (a masters degree preferred) - At least 2 years of experience in providing services to both internal and external stakeholders - Good knowledge in public services - Good knowledge in government processes - Knowledge in legal research - Excellent monitoring/follow-up skill - Strong presentation and written communication in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0) and Khmer - Active listening - Good temperament - Flexible with time What we offer: We offer attractive remuneration and fringe benefits including free meals, 13th month double pay, bonus, and insurance, etc. with excellent career development opportunities to the right candidates.
