Jobs Description

- Lead and manage daily operations of the Property Management department. - Manage and inspect all vacant housing units and ensure that the units are ready for handover to customers. - Develop and enforce occupancy policies for residents in the housing complex such as property management fees, property modification, trash disposal, parking rules, etc. - Effectively manage security, landscaping, cleaning, and maintenance teams to ensure the safety and welfare of all residents within the housing complex. - Ensure housing units are handed over to customers on time and in good quality. - Perform verification of housing unit handover reports and present to management team. - Provide on-the-job training and development to Property Management team and manage the overall performance of team members. - Work closely within and across departments to deal with customer complaints related to construction quality and security. - Review existing operational practices in the Property Management department; propose appropriate changes for improvement where necessary. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred. - At least 5 years of experience in property management and/or construction management, or a related area.
