- Response on customer calling and record information to manager - Report the result from customer to Manager or relevant team member through presentation - Handle customer's complaint efficiency to increase customer's satisfaction - Do other tasks as assigned by Manager - Working Time: 8:00 am～5:00 pm - Working Days: Mon ~ Sat(Full) - Holiday: Legal holiday
