Jobs Description

- Setting daily activity and budget plan for service advisors - Monitoring daily activity for services advisors - Summarizing quotations and lost sales record and report to manager - Summarizing daily, weekly and monthly sale report and submit to manager - Managing daily parts stock order replenishment - Monitoring 5S (Safety) in entire office and customers lounge - Organizing parts inventory stock and other stock such as stationary, company’s property stock etc. - Conducting daily meeting with service advisors to share pending issue and new activity - Handling initial customers complain before seeking support from manager - Other jobs as assigned by manager

Jobs Requirement

- University degree in General Management or other related fields - At least 3 years of progression experiences in the related field - Proven problem-solving experience in frontline operation - Good knowledge of communication and administration skills - Good teamwork and interpersonal skills - Strong supervisory skills and initiative in work - Strong time management and commitment
