- Receive phone call from customer - Greeting customers on phone - Provide information and dealing with customers - Process order to store - Respond to customers in a polite and solve problem with customers - Keeping a good relationship with Customer - Follow up drivers - Be corporate with the co-worker - Undertake any other roles & responsibilities as assigned by Customer Service Manager
