- Assist manager to manage events and marketing initiative and working closely with Program Manger - Initiate events and activities that develop and maintain cross-member engagement - Manage and track local, national and regional events to inform Factory Phnom Penh/WS1 events - Assist manager to manage, promote and advertise Factory Phnom Penh/WS1 Events and meeting space - Coordinate Logistic (Set up, Catering and Cleaning, etc.) - Service space/room book keeper (Customer Relationship Management) - Professionally represent Factory Phnom Penh/WS1 on occasion or events - Occasionally conduct tours in the project’s early stage, and as our space grows - Develop outreach and promotional plan for meeting room and event space - Deal with client communications for all meeting rooms and events - Facilitate and be of crating a welcoming and fun environment - Other tasks assigned by Program Manager
