- Conduct in-line and final product inspections and provide advice and solutions on technical issues considering the features and limitations of products and materials and to ensure customers& quality standards - Assist in managing a team of QA inspectors to provide QA inspection services - Provide QA advice on complex product items to factories before and during the manufacturing process - Conduct factory audits to ensure that factories meet international/customers’compliance standards - Check samples against product specifications as sample inspections to ensure that they meet customers’ quality standards - Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality - Lead a team of specialists to sustain business expansion - Conducting pre-production meetings and factory audits to assure all requirements/materials/components are understood and follow compliance - Partnering with service providers for laboratory testing and monitoring their performance ** Details job scope will disclose upon interview **

1. A minimum of 5 years as Quality Assurance Manager / relevant experience in garment inspection, strong garment technical experiences 2. Experience to manage of group of QA/QC including QA supervisors 3. Familiar with US/Canada/EU market requirements and regulations 4. Good experience in SWEATER production 5. Able to work independently as well as in a team 6. Ethically mindset on team work building 7. Well-organized and good communication skill 8. Excellent communication including command of written and spoken: English, Chinese languages 9. Knowledge of safety tools, concepts and methodologies of QA/QC 10. Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in various stages of completion efficiently and effectively 11. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills 12.
