• Responsible for checking in guests such as registering, assigning rooms and escort guests to their apartment. • Manage room reservations, guests booking, apartment availability in the system. • Handle and record guests and residences enquiry, feedback and complaints promptly. Refer issues to superior when necessary. • Provide courteous services to guests and residences, responds efficiently and tactfully. • Responsible and accountable for handling and safe keeping of cash collections. • Perform simple bookkeeping activities such as balancing cash accounts. • Stay updated and well versed on all tourists related information. • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. • Able to communicate multi languages.
