- Establish contacts and relationships with key Customs House Brokerage providers - Process Customs clearance for import – export sea & air shipments - Apply for shipping documents e.g. certificate of origin, import certificate, import permit, etc. - To provide and develop Customs House Brokerage and document services - Subcontractor reviews and outstanding issues resolution - Ensure that days outstanding is minimized in line with service agreements

. Holding customs broker license . Have residence in Sihanouk Ville or available to work and stay in Sihanouk Ville . Have knowledge of export console clearance process . Open minded, good in communication, highly committed and result oriented . Comprehensive English communication . Good computer literate especially Microsoft Excel . At least 2-year experiences in the field of Customs Clearance . Knowledge and awareness of procurement techniques . Strong Interpersonal skills to impact & influence internally & externally parties . Negotiation skills and Management Skill
