- To handle and prepare shipping documents for exports shipment (FCL, LCL, Air) for custom clearance process. - Issue HBL, Draft MBL… Etc - Respond, follow up and update emails with agents, shipping line, trucking and customers - Follow up tracking cargo status and timely update to all concern parties - Be proactive in resolving issues and problems before they occur - Ensure credit facility before release Bill of Lading - To comply with any other new assignment and duties assigned by management Follow up draft SI ( A to Z ) - Revise, or if any. - Update the revised to agent or if any. - Send draft SI and check MBL with shipping line if any revised. - Send pre-alert to Singapore, Pusan or other agent if any. - Follow up document clearance with Dryport . - Check Doc clearance before ship on boat, update to shipper if any missing. - Sign receive all documents. - Preparing manual invoices - bill invoices in system and do it manual then sent it to customers. - Check invoices from supplier and book it in system. - Dry port, shipping line or if any. - Preparing booking to shipping line both PNP and SIH. - Preparing invoice to Singapore and other destination agent. - Document filling for export per week. - Preparing loading plans to Dry port, - Do weekly report, - Provide rate to customer ( if any) - Update schedule to shipper one per month. - Follow up AFR, ACI ,AMS with shipper

- Experience in Freight Forwarder at Least 1 Year, facing experience is preferable - Proficiency in Spoken & Written in English - Good Computer Literate in Microsoft Excel & Outlook - Passion to Drive Closure & High-Level Customer Service - - - Orientation - Good Team Player and Interpersonal Skill - Well Organize When Working Under Pressure
