- Follow up document(pre-alert) from agent ECU WORLDWIDE. - Follow up with customer checking BL and submit HBL to shippingline, coloader before ETA(arrival) vessel or deadline submit BL. - Do arrival notice &invoice; from system to manual invoice, send to customers. - Preparing document(Delivery Order/Authorize Letter) release to customers. - Send container un-stuff report to CFS at Sihanoukville port. - Keep following up with CFS after ETA(arrival) if container done un-stuffed then update to all customers. - Advisory to customers submit/apply BL for customs clearance. - Follow up with trucking service for shipment CIF Phnom Penh. - Arrange payment to shippingline, coloader after received invoices. - Tracking cargo required by customers. - Do weekly report

- Experience in Freight Forwarder at Least 1 Year, facing experience is preferable - Proficiency in Spoken & Written in English - Good Computer Literate in Microsoft Excel & Outlook - Passion to Drive Closure & High-Level Customer Service - - - Orientation - Willing to learn and practice - Well Organize When Working Under Pressure
