1.Assist manager to manage events and marketing initiative and working closely with Program Manger 2. initiatives, events and activities that develop and maintain cross-member engagement 3.Manage and track local, national and regional events to inform Factory/WS1 events. 4.Assist manager to manage, promote and advertise Factory/WS1 Events and meeting space 5.Coordination Logistic (Set up, Catering and Cleaning, etc.) 6.Servicing space/room book keeper (Customer Relationship Management) 7.Professionally represent Factory and WS1 on occasion, at events 8.Occasionally conduct tours in the project’s early stage, and as our space grows 9.Develop outreach and promotional plan for meeting room and event space 10.Deal with client communications for all meeting rooms and events 11.Facilitate and be of crating a welcoming and fun environment 12.Other tasks will be assigned by Program Manager

Education: Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Marketing, Law and International Relations, Hospitality Management. Experiences: At least one-year experience in Event Management, Public Relation, Community and Program Facilitates, Customer Service. Skill: Good at English for Communication, Aptitude to challenge, Flexible to adapt with every type of people, strong challenge to meet the deadline.
