-To maintain relations and communication with all tenants and other suppliers -To provide administration services and support to the Operation Manager when required. -To assist the Operation Manager in preparing and producing a variety of reports. -To supervise and monitor security, cleaning, gardening and other teams for efficient management of the mall. -To provide reports to Operation Manger about the mall situation from visual inspection. -maintain good public relations with tenants, contractor and suppliers -To maintain the hall of the mall with well cleaning and maintain -To inspect the fit out work of the contractors to make sure they follow the fit out rules and regulations -To ensure properly standard operating procedures included security works, cleaning works, building fire safety, emergencies and evacuation procedures. -To ensure the parking is well managed and safety for customers -To carry out any other duties as assigned by Operation Manager and Management Head.

-Male or female, minimum 25 years old -Bachelor’s degree in any related field -Minimum 2 years’ work experience related supervisory -Good appearance and personal presentation -Strong organizational and leadership skills -Good English communication both verbal and written -Chinese communication is plus -Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
