Jobs Description

Duties and Responsibilities: -To maintain the surrounding areas in accordance with standard operating procedures established by the Mall Management -Planning, Scheduling, controlling and coordinating all the staffs activities to ensure the cleanliness of the mall area meet high expectation. -Lead by example and trains the staff in the professional following the standard and operating procedure. -Check all the mall’s property for any urgent work . -Program the daily operation and prepare the work assignment for the staff. -Check and control that the assigned work is done correctly. -Prepare the material for the daily operation. -Control the equipment and material of the work area. -Submit the quantity of chemicals to be order by his superior. -Prepare the store requisition and work order. -Coordinate with the engineering department for preventive maintenance programs and prepare of all equipment. -Check the cleanliness of his work area. -Observe and train the staff of the chemical usage guide line and method. -Helping the staff when necessary. -Update task list by weekly and monthly and assign the staff within the area. -Check all floor area in the mall to determine whether cleaning needed -Pest control and transfer information to the office or his upper supervisor. -Prepare daily and monthly report, stock reports and costing and budgeting -Develop training and development plan for the staff, implement and evaluate -Perform other duties as maybe assigned.

Jobs Requirement

Job Requirements: -At least high school or higher degree -Have at least 2 years working experience in HK/PA. -Good English communication skills. -Computer skills: Ms.word, excel and power point -good organizational and time management skills; -Good interpersonal skills and ability to work on your own initiative; -Be honest, Loyal, reliable, flexible, innovative, fast learner and hardworking. -Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
