Working Hour • Monday - Saturday, 6 Days per week. • Time: 8am-5pm/ 4pm-12am/ 12am-8am SALARY • Salary 200$ - 350$ • Salary vary depend on experience and shift working KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle incoming requests from customers to ensure that issues are resolved. • Respond quickly and promptly with good grammar, punctuation and attention to detail. • Perform other duties, as assigned on TO-DO-LIST directed by Direct Manager • Follow Assigned Work Schedule and Always be punctual. • Attend weekly Mandatory meeting as required by Top Management. • This position is required to work on holidays and weekend, as per preset-schedule.
