- Receive inbound calls emails, live chat for customer enquiries, orders and issues - Provide and recommend to customers’ needs and questions - Follow up customers account arrears - Handle returns or complaints - interact with customers by email, live chat, or other non-voice contact channels must write well, using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation. They must respond to questions and complaints in a friendly and professional manner. - Build positive work relationship with customers to create rapport - Place outbound calls to customers to promote new products and services - Maintain a courteous and friendly manner when interacting with customers - Conduct research and learn about existing and new products - Oversee the processing and implementation of customer orders and follow up completed orders and ensure customer satisfaction - Upsell products to customers with weekly specials or promotions that the company may have - Ensure customers details are always kept private
