- Handle customers complaints based on fact - Greeting customer and help them to buy/use Quality Service and Genuine Parts - Maximizing customer traffic in Workshop with high retention rate - Conduct quality check before delivery to make sure all jobs are done properly - Well explain to customers about all points of current repair done and invite them for next service - Record lost sales for both parts and service availability - Use system to find correct parts number and check parts stock availability - Prepare quotation for both parts and service - Issue invoice for customers after the repairing is done - Conduct product proposal regularly to boost parts and labor sales - Other jobs as per assigned by Leader or Manager

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or other related fields - At least 1 year experience - Excellent knowledge of communication and convincing skill - Good Teamwork and interpersonal skill - Speedy and accuracy jobs requirement - Strong time management and Result-Oriented toward the Job - Good Knowledge in English (Speaking, writing, and listening skill) * Benefit: - Married Leave - Sick Leave - Funeral Leave - Public holiday - Provide food allowance - Working hours are 8.00am-5.30pm (with lunch break) / 1 week/6days rotate Provide three meal.
