- Greeting to customer - Answer incoming call from customers - Meeting with customer who come to complaint about late construction and 1% of compensation/month and especially know how to convince for waive three months compensation. - Meeting with customer come to check theirs houses progress and update to customer by showing report or call back - Collect all information from customer who want to loan with bank and pass those information to someone who handle this project. - Coordinate between customers and all departments that are related - Support, Solve problems and other complaint of customers - Provide strategies and convince customers to keep their trust on company’s projects for late construction - Handle complaints from customers on late construction and low quality of construction and report team leader - Cover on working closely with architect team and customer who want to change their house model, negotiate price and term of payment with customer - Do daily,monthly report and submit to team leader - Other task assigned by bosses
