- Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary - Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards - Ensure regulation of in-stock level complies with inventory parameters - Supervise the maintenance of a warehouse/storeroom and ensure proper arrangement of stock - Ensure supplied stocks meet demand - Prevent overstocking and ordering - Keep track of inventory and supplies that need restocking - Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies - Create and maintain detailed inventory of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies - Other tasks will be assigned

- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant qualification - At least 01 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position - Prior Stock Controller experience is a plus - Confident and good command of both written and spoken English - Honest, hardworking, flexible and high responsibility - Able to work independently and team - Have good computer skill (Microsoft office, internet and email) - Able to work with shift schedule (including weekend and holiday shift) Working Time - Working Day: Monday to Saturday (half) - Working Time: Day shift 8:00AM to 6:45PM Night shift 6:00PM to 5:00AM - Holiday: 15 days per year - Annual Leave: 18 days per year
