- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred - At least 2 years of experience in Warehouse Supervisor and/or Inventory Supervisor or a related area - Knowledge with Cement, Steel, Ceramic, Sugar or consumer product. - Able to make decisions related to warehouse operations and strategy - Able to make decisions related to budget or other expenditures - Knowledge of warehouse management - Knowledge of inventory or stock management - Knowledge of business management - Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint - Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English - Strong interpersonal skill - Strong analytical and logical thinking skills - Ability to think creatively and innovatively - Ability to work under pressure
