Job Responsible 1. To assist the GM in the objectives and project analysis 2. To assist the GM in ensuring the organization fulfils its legal, statutory and regulatory responsibilities. 3. To work with the GM and senior staff in the preparation of strategic business plans and annual budgets for approval by the Management Committee. 4. To work with the GM and senior staff to ensure that the organization operates within the annual budget and delivers the organization’s business planning line with key indicator targets. 5. To assist the GM in ensuring that the organization’s staff and volunteers understand and are focused on achieving its stated mission and aims. 6. To take responsibility for the day-to-day management of senior staff and maintain operational oversight across the organization. 7. To take responsibility for all day to day Human Resource functions 8. To undertake day-to-day responsibility for the development, maintenance and adherence to a defined suite of policies and procedures across the organization. 9. To work with the GM and Finance Manager in maintaining the overall probity of the organization’s finances and ensuring that staff work within prescribed financial controls. To take the day to day lead in private and public-sector bodies contract tendering, management, KPI and financial reviews. 10. To assist the GM and senior staff in maintaining a sustainable income flow from self-generated opportunities and social enterprise ‘spin-offs, as well as seeking 11. To attend regular work review meetings with the GM and undertake any training required to maintain the skills and knowledge necessary for the post. 12. To work as audits to review and control check or monitor with work that drop to department.

Jobs Requirement

Requirement 1- Experienced more than 7 years of related experience, English communication is well. 2- Can Speak Chinese and listening were prioritized. 3- Have a strong understanding of the company's financial and performance management principles. 4- Degree of Business Administration or related. 5- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, analytical and problem solving skills, and good communication skills. 6- Be patient and work hard and have more leadership skills 7- Can understanding more about law and computer skills 8- Master plane prepared and analysis. 9- Can understanding about some of property skills.
