Objective of the position: To assist in managing Front Office and implement decisions and instructions made by the Executive Office. Duties: • Welcoming the Hotel guests; • Provide Services to the Hotel’s guests including but limited to checking in and out, answering concerns from the Hotel’s guests etc.; • Answering phones; • Helping Security Department in ensuring the safety of guests and other visitors; • Upkeep the Front Office; • Collecting Payment; • Promoting the Brand as the Hotel’s Ambassador; - Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.) - Greet and welcome guests - Answer questions and address complaints - Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages - Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them - Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc. - Check, sort and forward emails - Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary Keep updated records and files

Requirements: • At least 2 years’ experience in HR (new graduates are welcomed to apply); • Diploma / Bachelor degree in any discipline; and • Good command in English; • Friendly, patience, be able to multi-task, and with a positive attitude.
