Objective of the position: To manage HR personnel and implement decisions and instructions made by the Executive Office. Duties: • Manage personnel within Group HR Department. • Implement the SOPs of the Group HR. • Implement and execute all recruitment and onboarding matters for the Group. • Implement and execute performance management of the Group. • Implement and execute compensation and benefit related matters in accordance with the supply and demand of the HR market. • Implement disciplinary affairs for the Group, ensuring equality, objectivity and transparency in handling with employee’s disciplinary issues. • Implement training and development for the Group, boosting the working spirit and capability of the employees. • Implement other duties assigned by the Executive Office.
