Jobs Description

- Cut file and send pre-alert to clearance team at Cargo Terminal - Update arrival flights on the system - Cut and sort manifest for GSA to delivery - Update hold shipment and make paperwork - Do sale report for (Freight Collect) shipment - Welcoming walk-In customer/ answer inquiry - Checking new import shipment on warehouse - Contact provincial’s customer, transfer shipment from PNH to province by AEW - Follow up pending shipment (Incomplete address/ information/held by custom shipment) - Raise Exceptional Resolutions Notification, follow up. - Keep on eyes with E-mail - Update Prof of Delivery - Update code for next day delivery shipment, late delivery shipment - Backup for export shipment (Contact directly to company/factory that have shipment want to ship out) - Provide HAWB to consignee to proceed export out in next shipment - Trace and Track (follow up incoming and out coming flight) - Do weekly report and express lifting inbound send to clearance team

Jobs Requirement

- University degree, major in the relevant fields. - Good written and spoken English and Chinese - Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) - Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service - Ability to work under pressure and have good team work and regular job rotation spirit - Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working - Own transportation - Min 1- 2 years’ experience in related field is preferable - Working for Logistics Company is preferred. INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS  Report directly to Customer Service Supervisor  Report Indirectly to and Head office.  Interaction to all BUs and all departments.  Cooperate to Suppliers, Carrier, agent and customers. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS – WORKING CONDITIONS & OTHERS  Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned  Go to business trip as required  Joining some other Projects as required
