+ Assisting in Sales and Services - Selling the company products & services to customers - Provide accurate advice on products - Addressing customer’s inquiry face to face or on phone - Well corporate with the team to achieve sales target set - Patience and consistency to provide highest level of customer service every time - Call to follow up customers after they have visited showroom - Call to follow up own customer after they received quotations. - Facilitate with technician to install products/ solve customer’s products or any complaints. - Do product training to customer at their home (if customer request) + Assisting in Sales Admin - Get customer’s contact for all walk in customers - Record customer walk in and analyze customers’ requirements - Check product upon delivery from Whkm10/MG - Check product before delivery to customer

+ Teamwork & Personal attributes - Willing to share experiences and product knowledge to new comer - Ensure the showroom is neat and extremely clean at the time ( no finger print, no dirt on products display, and no trash & dirt on floor, no stuff messy around etc) - Hardworking, gentle & friendly, respectful, honest, patient, helpful, responsible - Perform other tasks as assign by direct supervisor
