1. Lead, guide and train Cashier Officer team to work independently 2.0 Assist manager to set up & develop customer relations management procedures and work instructions 3.0 Deploy department's procedure to team and keep effectively monitor 4.0 Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to ensure be proactive for customer's change requisitions, updated price, memo and sales policy 5.0 Make sure customer pay on time/accuracy and cooperate with sales & marketing team in case customer will no pay as required. 6.0 Work closely with Legal team for such legal issue 7.0 Analyze report from each Cashier before sending final report to GM 8.0 Weekly & monthly report such as: Customer Satisfaction, Cash Collection & Management, Suggestion to be improved… 9.0 Immediately report to GM for any irregular issues 10.0 Wok closely with Bank to do bank reconcile on cash deposit 11.0 Other tasks will be assigned by direct manager

Education: At least bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields Experience: At least 03 years experiences as Teller, Cashier or Customer Relations Management Skills: Be able to communicate in English,scheduling, reporting, Microsoft Office and problem solving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be provided by direct manager
