Import officer 1.Send INV + PL + BL/AWB to shipping for apply import permit as received from Mer-Purchase. 2.Coordinate with shipping and follow up shipment to delivery to factory ontime. 3.Record shipment in Import report file. 4.Check detail on import declaration set and follow up and keep completed month by month. 5.Send tax invoice and import declaration sheet to Account dept in timeline. 6.Arrangement fabric original import declaration for insert stock to GSP Export Officer (Support Team) 1.Check correctness in customs declaration sheet and contact with forwarder/broker to reviseใ 2.Record Customs sheets in Export report and send customs sheet to Account dept complete month by month 3.Prepare original Customs sheet full sets and keep month by month 4.Prepare document and report for cut stock to GSP. 5.Prepare document attach for clearance.

1.Fluent in English reading, writing and Speaking due to will deal with in-out company. 2.Good computer literacy in Ms. Office.
