• Welcome all customers walk in showroom • Hand over the customers professionally to the sales team • Inspects showroom and amenities in good order prior to opening.Check drinks and snack stocks and report to accountant/purchaser to make refill order • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email and hand over to the right department • Prepare daily report about customer call-in and walk-in • Call out all customer involved Sales & Service and hand over to the right department. • Follow up existing customer to maintenance service. • Update existing customer complaint information. • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. • Fill in Data into system and updated. • Fill in customer survey form and report to head of department/General Manager. • To conduct other jobs as assigned by superior

- Operational experience especially in Customer Relation or Public Relation - Have excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude and great attitude to lean and develop - Good command in communicating in English
