1.Welcome guests to the venue 2.Provide accurate wait times and provide welcome drinks 3.Manage reservations 4.Escort customers to assigned areas 5.Greet customers upon their departure 6.Coordinate with agent about available options 7.Maintain a clean reception area 8.Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly) 9.Assist agent as needed 10.Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Jobs Requirement

1.Ability to communicate in Chinese 2.Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email 3.One-year work experience 4.Professional attitude and appearance 5.Good communication skills 6.Hard working and willing to learn new things 7.At least High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
