** Working Hour - Monday - Saturday, 6 Days per week. - Time: 8am-5pm/ 4pm-12am/ 12am-8am ** SALARY - Salary 200$ - 350$ - Salary vary depend on experience and shift working ** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Handle incoming requests from customers to ensure that issues are resolved. - Respond quickly and promptly with good grammar, punctuation and attention to detail. - Perform other duties, as assigned on TO-DO-LIST directed by Direct Manager - Follow Assigned Work Schedule and Always be punctual. - Attend weekly Mandatory meeting as required by Top Management. - This position is required to work on holidays and weekend, as per preset-schedule.

- Good Knowledge of using Smart Phone iOS & Android. - Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Email); - Strong team work and friendly - Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under pressure. - Good Khmer reading and writing, have some English reading and writing, - Speak Basic Vietnam, Thai and Chinese is a plus - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Hard-working, smart, flexible, honest and fast learner. ** Note: This position is required to work on attendance pre-schedule, holidays and weekend.
