Jobs Description

- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth - Providing help and advice to customers using our services - Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face. - Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution - Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants - Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers - Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use - Develop service procedures, policies and standards - Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for our company - Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service - Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service - Leading or supervising a team of customer service staff. - Learning about our company's products or services and keeping up to date with changes. - Other task by President.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. - At least 3-year experiences in customer service, marketing leader, retail manager, team leading or related experience. - Experience in providing customer service support. - Proficient in English, knowing Chinese is more appreciated. - Awareness of customer service’s latest technology trends and applications. - Ability to think strategically and to lead. - Strong client-facing and communication skills. - Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
