1. Welcome guests to the venue 2. Provide accurate wait times and provide welcome drinks 3. Manage reservations 4. Escort customers to assigned areas 5. Provide brochure and announce agent’s name 6. Greet customers upon their departure 7. Coordinate with agent about available options 8. Maintain a clean reception area 9. Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly) 10. Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries 11. Assist agent as needed
