- Phone operator - Follow up shipment locally. - Coordinate with both shipper and consignee - Key data into system (AR/AP), document arrangement - Check document (invoice/ packing list/ HBL/ MBL import shipment) - Arrange all related letter to customs and authorities. - Support CS team and Documents team - Other tasks assign by MANAGER

Jobs Requirement

- Age 18-35 ages, Male or Female - Under graduate and fresh graduate are welcome to apply - Ability to work under pressure, Willing to work hard - Able to spoken and written English, Chinese is a plus - Basic computer literacy (MS Word/Excel, Internet, E-mail) is a plus
