- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance customer’s machines based on the manpower distribution list, and the completed work order request - Install products based on sales agreement - Repair all Coffee Machines that bring to company - Diagnose & Repair Coffee Machines at customers premises - Learn the user manual of new machine and train other parties concerned (Sales team, Barista, etc.) - Conduct Preventative Maintenance - Regular go on-site visit according to daily manpower distribution list and writing a report after visiting the customer - Other duties as assigned.

- Certificate Diploma of Mechanical, Electrical, Technical is required - Two-year of relevant experience in technician, Machine, Electrical is a plus. - Accountability and integrity - Able to use English both speaking and writing. - Basic knowledge of computer literacy (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel) - good communication & interpersonal skills.
