Jobs Description

- Provide information to customers via verbally, phone, and email. - Respond and support our partner/partner’s client questions or concerns during using the service. - Prepare customer service contract form. - Handling complaints and solving problem for customers. - Prepare daily, weekly report related to all performed tasks. - Cooperate with Technical Department (internal and external) to fix service errors - Perform other duties as assigned by the BOD.

Jobs Requirement
