Jobs Description

- Notify customer of all vessel delays, rolled cargo, and release issues. - Prepare a daily customized tracking report for each Premiere customer - Coordinate customer’s cargo shipments and claims issues. - Coordinate with customer and trucker to ensure timely service offer - Establishing contacts and relationships with Customs to ensure efficient transfer of goods through the legal process. - Liaison between the customers, various functional groups. - Follow up weekly console box - Issued Arrival Notices & Invoice Charge​ - Freight Forwarding & Contact with Oversea Agent - Other duties as required

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor degree required or fresh graduate - Interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) - Must be proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc). - Basic understanding of shipping industry preferred.
