Jobs Description

• Provide first level Technical guidance and assistance to NTC Customers on the phone, to resolve technical Issues with NTC provided services. • Assist NTC Customers on the phone with other enquiries. • Communicate professionally with NTC Customers (and potential Customers) by Phone, E-Mail and SMS. • Be prompt to perform actions to assist NTC Customers. • Follow-up Colleagues inside NTC to provide service to NTC Customers. • Report customer’s complaints or request or suggestion to Customer Care Supervisor or Manager. • Escalate issues and concerns to Team leader/Manager as required. • Maintain good communication with other NTC Staff. • Pass details of potential customers or upgraded sales leads to the NTC Sales Team. • Handle the customer question, complaints and billing with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. • Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's benefits. • Answers customer requests or inquiries concerning services, billing, claims, and reports problem areas. • Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the Customer. • Make recommendations according to customer’s needs on features, accessories, and upgrades service plan. • Respond to customers in a polite and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations. • Follow NTC Processes, Policies and procedures. • Other tasks assigned by Manager

Jobs Requirement

 Bachelor in Business Administration or any related fields  At least 1 years working experienced with related field.  Language proficiency in English, Chinese speaking ability is an advantage,  Good computer knowledge – MS Office.  Experience with ISP/telecom/IT market is advantaged.  Previous customer relation (telephone support) experience.  Excellent telephone manner.  Strong customer focus with experience with superior negotiation skills and billing skills.  Excellent interpersonal skills.  Creative, possess good negotiation, teamwork and problem solving skills  Be honest, initiative, hard-working and committed  Be able to work under pressure and time constrain  Strong commitment and fast leaner
