-Attend to enquires from residents, guest or walk in guest -Topup service for gas and electricity cards -Maintain documents, files, prepare movement records and update accordingly -Update residents data and keep track status of Move in/out -Well versed in English and Khmer, Chinese speaking will be an advantage -Attend to residents’ feedback and complaints and try to resolve amicably -Ad-hoc tasks given

Jobs Requirement

-Good interpersonal skills and a team player -Independent and resourceful -Good telephone etiquette -Proficient in Microsoft office, such as Words and Excel -Honest and reliable -Polite and always willing to attend to queries -Able to listen carefully -Maintain high level of satisfaction for service rendered.
