1. Daily update customer feedback into system 2. Daily call to customer to seek for their feedback/complaint/inquiry 3. Respond to customer properly once complain exist 4. Identify customer want and need 5. daily and weekly report customer feedback to leader and manager 6. Follow up with dealer for checking the root cause of customer feedback/complain and pending issue. 7. Perform general administration job in division 8. Other task assign by leader and manager

• University degree in administration or other related fields (At least year 3) • Having an experience of call center or customer service is preferable • Excellent knowledge of communication skill • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills • Good comment in English for Speaking, Writing, and Listening • Knowledge of Computer (Work, Excel, Power point • Honest, flexible, responsible, hardworking, able to work under pressure
