“Bong Smart” robots will be operating in Smart Shops to provide a fun and interactive way for customers to find out more about Smart products and services. The robots will be programmed to interact with customers automatically, however, the robot support agents will monitor and take control of robot when it is not able to answer customer interactions properly. The agents will ensure a fun and informative experience for customers. - Operate “Bong Smart” robot including interacting with customers, controlling robot movements, and taking control of robot’s speech when necessary - Maneuver the robot as a welcoming assistant; assisting customers and visitors in Smart Shops and managing peak attendance periods (giving directions, instructions to get tickets from ticketing counter, handover conversations to agents in the shop if needed etc) - Train the robot via dashboard based on whether the programmed interaction is the correct response or not - Provide customers with product and service information - Interact with customers to provide a fun, innovative and informative experience - Handle and resolve customer complaints and create a ticket if needed - Must learn and be familiar with all Smart products and services

- Bachelor’s degree (still studying or graduated) - Good computer and communication skills - Good English both spoken and written - Creative and energetic - Working day is six days per week - One day off per week is rotated - Working time: Weekdays & Saturday: 10AM to 6PM Sunday & PH: 8AM to 4PM Required to work on public holiday with holiday bonus ***If once candidate is selected, 1 week on-the-job training will be provided
