- Support the daily operation related to PC repairs, printers, internal system support, network troubleshooting and CCTV maintenance. - Manage and maintain the IT inventory and purchases Usage of the IT support system (Dynamics365) to track, resolve and escalate relevant IT incidents. - Work with the head office (UK) IT support team for critical systems related issues. - Support server management and troubleshooting to the network administrator. - Support and maintain RFID, Barcode scanners

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science - More than 1 year of hands on experience with IT support - Experience with end user IT training and troubleshooting - Knowledge and experience in CCTV management and implementation - Knowledge and experience in PBX management - Knowledge and experience in basic networking and implementation. (Cabling) - Experience in using IT support systems (help desk) - Previous experienced candidates in factories will be given priority - Fluent in English
