1. Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions by suggesting information about other products and services; 2. Open customer accounts by recording account information; 3. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution 4. Perform Cash-in, Cash Out for customer and partners who walk into company store and/or branches; 5. Assist line manager to manage company store and/or branches with efficiency; 6. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information; 7. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; 8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies; 9. Take the extra mile to engage customers.

1. Have Bachelor Degree or related certificates; 2. Proven customer support experience is a plus; 3. Track record of over-achieving quota; 4. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening; 5. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters; 6. Excellent communication and presentation skills; 7. Have the ability to do multi-tasks and prioritize and manage time effectively.
