- Familiar with all plant rooms, main A/C plant rooms, electrical rooms, meter rooms, AHU Rooms, lift rooms and other machinery rooms to ensure Fit-Out works complies with Building’s requirements and to identify M&E defects during the tenants’ Fit-Out works in the building - Supervise and manage a team of technicians and contractors - Lead technician & contractors to carry out work orders/maintenance requests; especially in the area of Fit-Out works - Carry out routine inspection of Fit-Out works in progress and in accordance to guidelines. Monitor tenant fit-out works and reinstatement works and ensure the work complies with both the landlord and statutory requirements - Carry out documentation, filing and drafting of reports - Assist to ensure all equipment is properly installed during Fit-Out and operated to comply with statutory requirements - Co-ordinate with all Fit-Out contractors for major progress in order to minimize inconvenience caused to building occupants and tenants - Maintain effective and efficient communication with contractors, building management and tenants - Practice proper Fire and Safety management for the building and undertake all associated duties and responsibilities - Carry out and assume any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management - Deputise for Assistant Technical Manager as and when required a).
